Blandtown Homes for Sale in Atlanta

Current Blandtown listings, updated as homes come on and off the market. Blandtown is a small, historic Westside neighborhood along Huff Road, between Howell Mill Road and Marietta Boulevard, inside the broader West Midtown area. The listings are the starting point. What I add is the context behind them: how the new townhomes compare with one another, and what the rail lines and remaining industry nearby mean for daily life.

What is your Blandtown home worth today?

Online estimates tend to miss what sets one Blandtown home apart from the next. I can put together a price range based on recent sales nearby and the condition of your home, with no pressure to list.

Before you tour

What the listing won’t tell you.

Blandtown was a historic Black community that is now changing quickly, with new townhomes going up where warehouses used to sit. A few things tend to explain what you will see above.

Mostly new townhomes

Much of what comes up is newer townhome construction. I would compare builders, HOA dues and finishes carefully, since similar looking homes can differ a lot.

Rail lines on the south edge

Active CSX and Norfolk Southern lines form the southern edge. I would visit at night and early in the morning so you can hear the train noise for yourself.

A history worth knowing

WERD, the first Black owned radio station in the country, built its broadcast tower here, and the original residential blocks date back generations.
