Who do you know?
Somebody in your life has probably been talking about real estate lately. Maybe they are thinking about buying, wondering what their house would sell for, trying to figure out a move, or just want to understand their options. They do not have to be ready, and they do not have to have it figured out. I am comfortable being the person they talk to first.
The easiest way to introduce us
A quick group text is perfect. You do not have to explain their whole situation. Just tell them why you thought the two of us should know each other, and from there it is just a conversation, at whatever pace works for them.
