Buckhead Homes for Sale in Atlanta
Current Buckhead listings, updated as homes come on and off the market. Buckhead covers the northern part of the City of Atlanta, up toward the Sandy Springs line, and is really a collection of distinct neighborhoods. The listings are the starting point. What I add is the context behind them: how Garden Hills, Chastain Park, Haynes Manor and the rest compare, and which homes are priced for the lot rather than the house.
Come as you are. Come on home.
Market snapshot
What Buckhead homes are selling for.
Closed sales in Buckhead over the three months ending August 2026, from Redfin data. Prices vary a lot by street and condition, so I treat these as a starting point, not a verdict on any one house.

What is your Buckhead home worth today?
Online estimates tend to miss what sets one Buckhead home apart from the next. I can put together a price range based on recent sales nearby and the condition of your home, with no pressure to list. For the numbers behind it, see what Buckhead homes are worth right now.
Before you tour
What the listing won’t tell you.
Buckhead runs north from roughly Peachtree Battle toward the Sandy Springs line, with Lenox and Phipps Plaza on its east side. A few things tend to explain what you will see above.
Many neighborhoods under one name
Garden Hills, Buckhead Forest, Haynes Manor, Chastain Park, Tuxedo Park and others each have their own feel and price range. I would compare a listing with its own neighborhood, not Buckhead as a whole.
Condos and estates side by side
Listings range from high rise condos near Lenox and Peachtree to established single family homes and large estates. Each type prices off different comps.
Lot value matters
In parts of Buckhead the land carries much of the price, and some older homes are bought to renovate or rebuild. I would look closely at lot size and what the zoning allows.
Common questions
Buying in Buckhead FAQ
Short answers to what buyers ask while they are looking at Buckhead listings.
Over the three months ending August 2026, the median sale price in Buckhead was about $790K, and homes sold in a median of 48 days, based on Redfin data. Condition and location create a wide spread around that number, so I would look at recent sales on the streets you are considering.
This page searches 30305, 30326 and 30327. Part of 30327 is in Sandy Springs, and parts of 30342 and 30319 are also considered Buckhead, so I would narrow the search by neighborhood.
No. Buckhead is part of the City of Atlanta, so city taxes and Atlanta Public Schools apply.
Yes. Buckhead and Lenox stations serve the commercial core, though most residential streets are a drive from the nearest station.
Buckhead is in Atlanta Public Schools, and many homes feed North Atlanta High. Assignment depends on the address, so I would confirm it for any home you are serious about.

I can tell you what the photos leave out: how the street feels, what the house is competing with, and whether the price makes sense for what it actually is.
