Grant Park Homes for Sale in Atlanta
Current Grant Park listings, updated as homes come on and off the market. Grant Park is one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods, just southeast of Downtown and built around the 131 acre park that holds Zoo Atlanta. The listings are the starting point. What I add is the context behind them: which blocks carry the park premium, and what the historic district means for your renovation plans.
Come as you are. Come on home.
Market snapshot
What Grant Park homes are selling for.
Closed sales in Grant Park over the three months ending July 2026, from Redfin data. Prices vary a lot by street and condition, so I treat these as a starting point, not a verdict on any one house.

What is your Grant Park home worth today?
Online estimates tend to miss what sets one Grant Park home apart from the next. I can put together a price range based on recent sales nearby and the condition of your home, with no pressure to list.
Before you tour
What the listing won’t tell you.
Grant Park sits between Oakland Cemetery and the BeltLine Southside Trail, a few minutes from Downtown. A few things tend to explain the price differences you will see above.
Distance to the park matters
Homes facing or near the park tend to sell at a premium over similar homes a few blocks away. Two houses that look alike in the photos can be priced for very different reasons.
Victorian, Craftsman and new
The stock runs from Victorian and Folk Victorian cottages to Craftsman bungalows, with newer construction and townhomes closer to the BeltLine.
Historic district rules
Much of Grant Park is a historic district, so exterior changes can need review. If you are planning a renovation or an addition, I would look at that before making an offer.
Common questions
Buying in Grant Park FAQ
Short answers to what buyers ask while they are looking at Grant Park listings.
Over the three months ending July 2026, the median sale price in Grant Park was about $576K, and homes sold in a median of 34 days, based on Redfin data. Condition and location create a wide spread around that number, so I would look at recent sales on the streets you are considering.
Grant Park spans parts of 30312, 30315 and 30316, so a single ZIP search will not line up with the neighborhood. This page searches the neighborhood itself.
Parkside Elementary, King Middle and Maynard Jackson High are commonly associated with Grant Park, and ANCS is a nearby charter option. Assignment depends on the address, so I would confirm it for any home you are serious about.
Very little. Most Grant Park homes trade above that, and the condition and location of the house explain most of the spread.
Downtown is about five minutes by car and the airport is about fifteen. Commuting to the northside tends to be harder, so I would test the drive at the hour you would actually make it.

I can tell you what the photos leave out: how the street feels, what the house is competing with, and whether the price makes sense for what it actually is.
