Westview Homes for Sale in Atlanta

Current Westview listings, updated as homes come on and off the market. Westview sits just west of West End, between I-20 and Beecher Street, with Westview Cemetery on one side and the BeltLine Westside Trail on the other. The listings are the starting point. What I add is the context behind them: what a house really needs, and whether the price reflects it.

Market snapshot

What Westview homes are selling for.

Closed sales in Westview over the past 12 months, through early October 2026, based on FMLS data. Fewer homes trade here than in bigger areas, so a year of sales gives a steadier picture than a single month. Prices vary a lot by street and condition, so I treat these as a starting point, not a verdict on any one house.

Thinking about selling?

What is your Westview home worth today?

Online estimates tend to miss what sets one Westview home apart from the next. I can put together a price range based on recent sales nearby and the condition of your home, with no pressure to list.

Before you tour

What the listing won’t tell you.

Westview runs from I-20 south toward Beecher Street, between Westview Cemetery and the Westside Trail. A few things tend to explain what you will see above.

Bungalows, Foursquares and ranches

Most homes are Arts and Crafts bungalows, Foursquares, Tudor cottages and Minimal Traditionals, with some later ranches.

Condition drives the price

Fixers can need a large renovation budget, and listings priced above their condition tend to sit. I would weigh the inspection and repair estimates as heavily as the list price.

Trail and parks nearby

The Westside Trail runs along the eastern edge, and John A. White Park and Cascade Springs Nature Preserve are close.

Common questions

Buying in Westview FAQ

Short answers to what buyers ask while they are looking at Westview listings.

Over the past 12 months, the median sale price in Westview was about $400K, and homes sold in a median of 27 days, based on FMLS data. Condition and location create a wide spread around that number, so I would look at recent sales on the streets you are considering.

Westview is in 30310, the same ZIP as West End, so a 30310 search is wider than Westview.

Westview is not a city historic district the way West End is, which tends to leave more room on renovations. I would still confirm for the specific address.

West End station is the closest rail stop, roughly a 10 to 20 minute walk depending on the block.

Assignment depends on the address and options here have been changing, so I would confirm current zoning for the exact home.

I can tell you what the photos leave out: how the street feels, what the house is competing with, and whether the price makes sense for what it actually is.
