West End Homes for Sale in Atlanta

Current West End listings, updated as homes come on and off the market. West End is one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods, a MARTA stop from Downtown, with the Atlanta University Center to the north and the BeltLine Westside Trail along its edge. The listings are the starting point. What I add is the context behind them: what the historic district allows, and how much the block matters.

Market snapshot

What West End homes are selling for.

Closed sales in West End over the past 12 months, through early October 2026, based on FMLS data. Fewer homes trade here than in bigger areas, so a year of sales gives a steadier picture than a single month. Prices vary a lot by street and condition, so I treat these as a starting point, not a verdict on any one house.

Thinking about selling?

What is your West End home worth today?

Online estimates tend to miss what sets one West End home apart from the next. I can put together a price range based on recent sales nearby and the condition of your home, with no pressure to list.

Before you tour

What the listing won’t tell you.

West End sits south of I-20 and west of the MARTA rail line, along the Ralph David Abernathy and Lee Street corridors. A few things tend to explain the price differences you will see above.

Victorians, bungalows and Foursquares

Much of the stock dates to the late 1800s and early 1900s: Queen Anne and Folk Victorians, Craftsman bungalows, Foursquares and Colonial Revivals with big porches.

Historic district rules

West End is a City of Atlanta historic district, so exterior changes go through review. If you are planning a renovation, I would look at what is allowed before making an offer.

Prices change block by block

Two houses a few streets apart can be priced very differently based on condition and the immediate block. I would compare against recent sales on similar streets.

Common questions

Buying in West End FAQ

Short answers to what buyers ask while they are looking at West End listings.

Over the past 12 months, the median sale price in West End was about $415K, and homes sold in a median of 21 days, based on FMLS data. Condition and location create a wide spread around that number, so I would look at recent sales on the streets you are considering.

West End is in 30310. That ZIP also covers Westview and other southwest neighborhoods, so a 30310 search is wider than West End.

Yes. West End and Ashby stations are both close, and Downtown is one stop away.

The BeltLine Westside Trail, Lee + White, the Wren’s Nest, Hammonds House and the Atlanta University Center are all in or next to the neighborhood.

Neighborhood and charter options here have been changing, so I would confirm current zoning and charter rules for the specific address.

I can tell you what the photos leave out: how the street feels, what the house is competing with, and whether the price makes sense for what it actually is.
