Southwest Atlanta Homes for Sale Cascade and beyond
Current Southwest Atlanta listings, updated as homes come on and off the market. Southwest Atlanta covers the Cascade Road corridor and the neighborhoods around it, inside the City of Atlanta between I-20 and I-285. The listings are the starting point. What I add is the context behind them: how Cascade Heights, Beecher Hills, Audubon Forest and the rest differ, and where the value is.

What Southwest Atlanta homes are selling for.
Closed sales in ZIP 30311, the heart of the Cascade corridor over the three months ending August 2026, from Redfin data. Prices vary a lot by street and condition, so I treat these as a starting point, not a verdict on any one house.

Before you tour
What the listing won’t tell you.
Southwest Atlanta is a collection of distinct neighborhoods that share Cascade Road as a main artery. A few things tend to explain what you will see above.
Midcentury brick ranches
Much of the housing is brick homes from the 1950s and 1960s on larger lots under mature trees, alongside newer construction and renovations. Condition explains a lot of the price spread.
Each neighborhood has its own identity
Cascade Heights, Beecher Hills, Audubon Forest, Adams Park and others have their own histories and price points. I would look at the specific neighborhood, not just the ZIP.
Green space close to home
Cascade Springs Nature Preserve and the Lionel Hampton Beecher Hills Nature Preserve are both in the area. Many streets feel more suburban than their distance to Downtown suggests.
Common questions
Buying in Southwest Atlanta FAQ
Short answers to what buyers ask while they are looking at Southwest Atlanta listings.
Over the three months ending August 2026, the median sale price in ZIP 30311, the heart of the Cascade corridor was about $258K, and homes sold in a median of 56 days, based on Redfin data. Condition and location create a wide spread around that number, so I would look at recent sales on the streets you are considering.
This page searches 30311 and 30331. 30331 is large and reaches toward Camp Creek, and part of it is in the City of South Fulton rather than Atlanta, so a few of those listings may show up here.
Yes. These neighborhoods are in the City of Atlanta and Fulton County, so city taxes and Atlanta Public Schools apply.
For many buyers it is. It often comes up for buyers priced out of Grant Park and East Atlanta who still want to live in the city.
I-20 and Langhorn or Cascade Road lead toward Downtown, and the airport is close. I would test the drive at the hour you would actually make it.

I can tell you what the photos leave out: how the street feels, what the house is competing with, and whether the price makes sense for what it actually is.
